You know that game where everyone dreams up the single food that you would eat for the rest of your life, usually on a deserted island, or something? Well, popcorn is my thing. Or, maybe pizza? Or would I pick grilled cheese? Regardless, popcorn is pretty high on my favorite food list.
It’s so versatile! You can pack popcorn as a healthy road trip treat or weekday snack. I even like to serve it as a crunchy garnish sprinkled over ice cream or as a meal replacement with a big glass of wine.
Chili, cayenne and smoked paprika give this plain ol’ popcorn a spicy, smoky flavor, perfect for snacking! It’ll even store for a few days in an airtight container, if it lasts that long.
