Salty, crunchy and pan fried, these spicy garlic peanuts are a great snack recipe for happy hour, game night or your next party!
Snacks on snacks on snacks! Just in time for the weekend I’ve got the perfect crunchy and totally addicting snack that can be ready for noshing in less than 30 minutes! We’ve been busy at the studio with a few new projects this week and we have a full schedule this weekend too!
When schedules get busy and we’re in full on hostess mode we keep things simple with snacks that pretty much make themselves. It might be a cheese tray with all of our favorite goodies or baked goat cheese with tons of flavor. Recently, it’s been these salty peanuts paired with beer and we’re pretty happy about that!
It may seem like a ton of garlic but since you leave them in their papery skins, it’s more of a mild roasted garlic flavor that infuses into the peanuts – it’s pretty magical! Depending on how spicy you like your snacks feel free to add a few more chilies or ditch a few for a more mild heat. Last but not least, the lime juice and zest are adding in after cooking to give these peanuts a bright freshness that pairs great with an IPA!
