Mother’s Day is always a fun relaxing day filled with family, good food and lazy afternoons playing card games and laughing over mimosas. This one was no exception!
For a Sunday brunch celebrating my lovely Mother-in-Law, we made roasted asparagus, bacon and delicious eggs baked in bread rolls with kale and veggies. It was tasty and oh so much fun!
