Ingredients

1 cup almond milk
2 cups packed kale
1 cup packed spinach
1 small granny smith apple, cored and chopped
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
1/2 fresh lemon, peel and pith removed
2 teaspoons hemp seeds
2 teaspoons chia seeds
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more almond milk to thin out the smoothie if needed. Pour into 2 glasses and sprinkle with additional seeds as a garnish, if desired.
