With all of the eating I’ve been doing over the last few days to celebrate the holidays, I need a fresh start. This green juice is one of the best ways to detox after overindulging during the holiday season. It’s packed with kale, spinach, lemon and an apple to help balance the flavor.
The ginger adds a fiery bite to the juice but feel free to leave it out for a clean fresh flavor.
