Sweet, slushy and perfectly boozy this Clementine Bourbon Slush is just as delicious in the middle of a snow storm as it is in the dog days of summer!

4 cups apple cider
1 cup bourbon whiskey
2 cup ginger beer or ginger ale (divided)
1/2 cup fresh clementine juice
Sliced clementine for garnish
Instructions
Pour 4 cups of apple cider, bourbon, ginger beer and clementine juice together in a 13×9-inch baking dish (or pan). Carefully transfer the baking dish to the freezer and freeze solid, 4 to 6 hours stirring with a fork every hour until a slushy consistency.
Divide between glasses and top off with a splash of ginger beer and a slice of clementine.
