I’ve been trying hard to avoid all the pumpkin spice hubbub but after my last post, including a dessert mashup of pie and ice cream from Betty’s Pies, I couldn’t help but whip one up!
I created a more seasonal flavor twist with cinnamon ice cream and pumpkin pie for a double dessert. These sippable desserts are a perfectly acceptable way to indulge in the pumpkin spice craze. Drink up!
Cinnamon-Pumpkin Pie Milk Shakes
A delicious dessert mashup of an ice cream shake and pumpkin pie. These Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie Milk Shakes are indulgent, delicious and perfect for fall!
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 10 minutes
- Yield: 2 Servings 1x
Ingredients
- 2 cups cinnamon or vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 slice cold pumpkin pie, cut into chunks (from 9-inch pie)
- Sweetened whipped cream, if desired
- Pumpkin pie spice, if desired
Instructions
- Place ice cream and milk in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add pie chunks; cover and blend until smooth, stopping blender to scrape down sides as needed.
- Pour into 2 glasses; top with sweetened whipped cream; sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately.
