Ingredients
- 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup sliced celery
- Serve with:
- Buffalo wing sauce
- Blue Cheese Dressing
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a baking pan. Bake tater tots for the longest time directed on bag so they are extra crispy, stirring halfway through.
- In a large bowl, gently toss the cooked tater tots and chicken in the wing sauce until lightly coated.
- Mound half of the tater tots and chicken together on the pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese and half of the crumbled blue cheese. Top with remaining tater tots and chicken and remaining cheddar and crumbled blue cheese. Bake about 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Top with celery. Serve immediately with extra wing sauce and blue cheese dressing.
