In a medium bowl, stir together hot sauce and chicken until well coated.
Heat oven to 400°F. Line 15×10-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Unroll dough on pan into large rectangle. Bake crust 5 minutes.
Spread blue cheese dressing over partially baked crust. Top with coated chicken, onion, celery and cheeses. Bake an additional 6 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melty.
Sprinkle with green onions and serve with additional blue cheese dressing and wing sauce.
