Enough with all these healthy recipes! It’s been awhile since I’ve shared something really indulgent and over the top. This pizza is just the thing to make up for all those salads and veggies. It’s spicy, cheesy and seriously delicious!
If you like buffalo chicken wings and blue cheese, then you will love this pizza. It’s perfect for game day, movie night or a lazy evening in with friends. The best part is that it’s really quick and easy to make.
I started with refrigerated pizza crust. Topped it with blue cheese dressing, chicken, buffalo sauce, onion and celery. Then piled it high with three cheeses and tossed it in the oven until browned and melty. I mean really? Can it get any better than that?

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce (I used Franks)
- 2 cups cut up cooked chicken
- 1 can refrigerated thin pizza crust
- 1/4 cup very thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cups blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together hot sauce and chicken until well coated.
- Heat oven to 400°F. Line 15×10-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Unroll dough on pan into large rectangle. Bake crust 5 minutes.
- Spread blue cheese dressing over partially baked crust. Top with coated chicken, onion, celery and cheeses. Bake an additional 6 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melty.
- Sprinkle with green onions and serve with additional blue cheese dressing and wing sauce.
