Ingredients

1 cup brown mustard seeds
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup honey
2/3 cup bourbon
1/2 cup yellow mustard seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
Instructions
In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Let stand, covered 8 hours or overnight to combine the flavors. Transfer to the bowl of a food processor; and pulse until desired texture.
Spoon into clean jars. Refrigerate 1 week before serving or up to 2 months.
