Love is in the air! Valentine’s Day is this weekend and whether you’re smitten for this romantic Hallmark holiday or hate its mushy commercialized guts, one thing is for sure. You’ll need to pour yourself a cocktail or two.
This is a light, fresh and citrusy twist on the classic Negroni with just a bit of bubbly. The bright, crimson blood orange juice is the perfect amount of sweet and tart to balance out the herbal gin and complex campari flavor.
If blood oranges are hard to find or not in season (winter to early spring), swap in fresh grapefruit, clementine or navel orange juice. Cheers!
