Ooey, gooey, chocolatey and crunchy, these Almond, Pretzel and Chocolate Chunk Blondies are seriously delicious and perfect when you need a quick treat!

1/2 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
1/2 cup chopped pretzels
1/2 cup toasted almonds, chopped
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and butter the parchment.
In a medium bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Stir in the salt and flour until well blended. Fold in the chocolate, pretzels and almonds.
Spoon and spread the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake at 350°F 20 to 25 minutes, or until set in the middle. Cut into bars and serve with ice cream, if desired.
