From lemons and limes to turnips, kale and cabbage this ‘What’s in Season’ feature is a collection of the best fruits, veggies and recipes for the month of February.
Happy February friends! It may still be the middle of winter but with a sighting of Punxsutawney Phil, the Super Bowl, my birthday and Valentines day there are a lot of things to celebrate this month. Whatever you’re cooking up this month, go with something a bit more seasonal like a cabbage soup, a kale frittata, a lemon ginger tea or maybe a gratin with turnips!
