Mix up these fresh Bourbon and Honey Ginger Fizz cocktails as a light, gingery drink that’s perfect for late summer or early fall!
Happy Friiiiiiiday! Do you have fun plans for the weekend? I’m still happily celebrating National Bourbon Month and National Honey Month and this cocktail is going to keep the party going all weekend long! The sweetness of the bourbon pairs perfectly with the tart lemon and fresh ginger making for a refreshing cocktail with a hint of fall flavor.
Stir up the honey syrup up to a week ahead and store it in the fridge for cocktails on the fly or gingery sparkling water sodas. The ginger honey syrup with the club soda is a really quick, knock-off version of ginger ale but it’s light, fresh and totally delicious then mixed with the rich, sweet bourbon.
Cheers!
