Hey, you guys it’s Friday! Who’s excited? I am!
Did you remember that Father’s day is this Sunday? Oops, don’t worry you still have a few days to find a card, pick up a tie and hunt down a dorky mug for the #1 father figure in your family. Or… you could just make him this super cheesy, garlicky and totally delicious pull apart bread. You know that’s all he really wants anyway.
Not just for dads, this crazy cheesy bread is my new favorite thing. It’s easy and quick to pull together. You can even make this app a day ahead and just pop it in the oven when your dinner guests arrive.
Swap in your favorite cheese, add more garlic or red pepper flakes to amp up the flavor. Pretzel bread? Heck yeah! You get the idea. How ever you mix it up, this Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Bread is definitely a crowd pleaser.
I mean just look at that cheese pulling from the loaf. Who doesn’t want to dive face-first into that cheesy mess? I can’t be the only one, right?!

Ingredients
- 1 loaf (16 ounces) sourdough or italian bread
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
