Rich, creamy and garlicky, this avocado hummus is packed with chickpeas, tahini, a squeeze of lime juice and just the right amount of spice.
We’ve had a bit of a heat wave here in the midwest over the last few days. It looks like it’ll cool down a bit, but boy was it steamy this weekend! I don’t mind the heat but I do change-up my cooking style when I start to melt before breakfast.
Icy cold brewed coffee, fresh salads, grilled anything, zucchini noodles and lots of frozen treats make up my summertime rotation when I can’t stand to heat the house even one more degree. Luckily, this avocado dip is quick easy and heat free!
This fresh mashup of hummus and guacamole is the ultimate party dip. Serve it up with pita chips, fresh pita or cut veggies.
