Sweet treats make me happy! Over the years, I’ve tried to limit, restrict and count my way out of sweet treats, but dang-it, they make me happy! So, I usually have a small indulgent chocolate bite each day and ya know what? That’s ok! Nothing big, just a tiny scoop of ice cream with almonds, a cookie, a brownie bite or chunk of chocolate bark. This dark chocolate bark is one of my go-to favorites, it’s quick, easy and so addicting. The best part is that it’s just 2-ingredients!
Pretzels make a great base for bark since they’re already salty, crunchy and so yummy with chocolate. But, you could also use popcorn, toasted almonds, dried fruit or even potato chips!
