Super refreshing, lemony and delicious, this White Wine Spritzer is a great low alcohol warm weather cocktail or brunch drink.
You guys… it’s FINALLY SPRING! Oops, sorry. Was I yelling? I’m just so excited! The sunshine is out, everyone is grilling, Minnesotans are wearing shorts and flip-flops and I’m making refreshing white wine spritzers.
Fresh lemon juice, white wine, sparkling water and a splash of elderflower liquor make for a super refreshing cocktail, perfect for this warm weather. I used Sauvignon blanc, but any dry white wine would be a good option in this drink.

I love a good white wine spritzer though I never have tried adding elderflower before. Nice touch – it’s something I will be trying!
