Every year for Easter my mom would hide Easter baskets and little treats around the house for us kids. She would wake us up early in the morning with a breakfast of pancakes or waffles and once our bellies were full, we would wander around the house hunting for our Easter goodies. The best part was the bunny tracks. She would make little paw prints on the carpet with flour, up the stairs, around the table and through the kitchen and behind the couch… right to the basket. That was my favorite part!
This double layer chocolate bark is topped with all the goodies that used to be in that basket. Popcorn, sprinkles and those little candy coated chocolate eggs that are oddly addicting. Any Easter candy that you have on hand will work in place of the chocolate eggs.
