These little beauties are brushed with oil and sprinkled with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. They’re crispy, crunchy and totally snackable!

Smashed Red Potatoes are crispy, crunchy, totally snackable and perfect for your game day party!

Ingredients
- 12 small red potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons coarse Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450°F. In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes until fork tender, about 15 to 20 minutes; be careful to not overcook them. Remove potatoes and drain.
- Place cooked potatoes on a well-oiled baking sheet, about 2-inches apart.
- With a potato masher or fork, gently press down each potato until it slightly mashes, rotate the potato masher and mash again, until about 1/2-inch thick.
- Brush each smashed potato generously with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
