I’ve been on a serious smoothie kick this month, blending anything and everything in sight. Green smoothies, chocolate and peanut butter smoothies, apple and spinach smoothies and smoothies packed with berries.
But, this grapefruit smoothie is my new favorite! It’s sweet, tart and totally refreshing.
Mango, Banana and Grapefruit Smoothie
This Mango, Banana and Grapefruit Smoothie is sweet, tart and totally refreshing.

Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
- 1 medium banana, cut into chunks
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (if vegan)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more almond milk to thin out the smoothie or more honey to sweeten it. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
