We’re about a third of the way through this crazy Whole 30 adventure. Honestly, I have to say that the worst part is all of the cooking! This is coming from someone who LOVES to cook but, between this meal plan and the blog I have been spending all of my free time in the kitchen.
Late last week, I gave in and dusted off my slow cooker. It has been such a life saver to ease the weeknight frenzy. I’ve taken a few of my favorite slow cooker recipes and whole-30-ified them, yeah I just made up a new word. I blame the lack of sugar, carbs and alcohol.
Whether you’re on the Whole 30 bandwagon or not, this chili is a deliciously hearty mix of sweet and spicy that will rock your work lunch, weeknight dinner or game day party.
