My favorite part about this time of year is all of the delicious, indulgent and over-the-top chocolate desserts. But, sometimes a simple chocolate treat is all you need.
This 5-ingredient chocolate bark takes just a few minutes to whip together and is the perfect combination of sweet, salty, tart and crunchy. It also makes a great gift!
Start with your favorite chocolate, mine is a really dark chocolate but milk or semi sweet would work well too. Garnish with whatever nuts, fruit, seeds or other goodies you want. The fresh pomegranate seed, makes this treat difficult to store for more than a day or two. But, that fresh pop of flavor makes it totally acceptable to eat a plateful of the stuff.
