Hot chocolate? Spiked? Yes, please, I’ll take two! I’ve always loved hot chocolate, but this adult-y version is rich, chocolaty and boozy!
The combo of cocoa powder and semi sweet chocolate make this drink thick and super chocolaty. Topped with whipped cream and sprinkles, it’s ready to make your weekend brunch super Irish-y!

Not a big whisky or bourbon fan.. but I sure do love my Bailey’s cream – so can I substitute it in instead? These hot chocolates look super delicious and decadent – and your photography is perfection.

Thanks Thalia! Yes, of course you could swap out the whiskey. It might not have the same punch but I’m sure it would still be delicious. Cheers!
