Guacamole is great to serve for a crowd but with something this good, I could eat the entire bowl myself!
This recipe is pretty simple so you can really taste each of the fresh ingredients. Add a bit of heat and a hearty sprinkling of salty queso fresco on top to help to round out the flavor, and you’ve got yourself a delicious bowl of guac.
Serve it with tortilla chips, veggies or spread on a sandwich, this bowl is sure to go quickly! For an added kick, stir in your favorite hot sauce.

I made this recipe in March while we were in southern California, where perfectly ripe avocados are plentiful in every supermarket at that time of the year. Our friends loved it and gobbled it up. Best of all, I really liked the queso fresco as a garnish.

Thanks Andi! It’s hard to find perfectly ripe avocados and when I do, I buy them by the armload! So glad you enjoyed the recipe!
