My grandpa loved football, and he loved beer. He was a seriously awesome dude. While watching the game, his favorite drink wasn’t just beer. It was an odd mix of beer and tomato juice, usually spicy V8 juice. It made his classic drink into a mashup of a Bloody Mary and a beer.
Beer cocktails need to be simple, made with ingredients you have on hand and only take barely more time to make than cracking open a beer. This one is all that and more! It’s a bourbon, honey and lemon juice combo served with beer to make a bright beer cocktail that is just the thing to make your favorite beer even better!
