Blueberry Fig Overnight Oatmeal
This super easy make-ahead overnight oatmeal recipe is packed with chia seeds and topped with blueberries, fresh figs and honey.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 fresh figs, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- In medium bowl, stir together almond milk, oats, yogurt and chia seeds until well blended. Spoon into containers with tight-fitting lids.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with figs, blueberries and honey before eating.
